Walking Sim Horrific

This project was carried out during the first year of Master's degree. We were a team of 4 Game designers with 1 month to produce it.

What was my job?

  • Design of the intentions of the prototype

  • Design of the third part

  • Blockmesh of the third part

  • Gameplay integration of the third part

  • Graphical integration of the third part

  • Lighting in the whole game

Skills acquired

9 To 5 Horror is my second project on Unreal Engine. It allowed me to continue getting familiar with the engine and its tools.

This project taught me:

  • The Unreal modeling tool

  • Introduction to the Level Streaming workflow

  • Deepening the blueprints (environmental elements for the atmosphere)

  • Basic lighting in Unreal

  • Graphical integration in Unreal

  • Strengthening my understanding of the needs of level artists and their needs to facilitate the graphical integration of a level
